After running her own international Talent Acquisition and Advisory business for ten years, her passion is in sales and service-led businesses that provide true value to their clients.

Sarah has worked in start-up businesses through to leading blue chip global brands. Her focus is on developing new business lines and partnerships; client engagement and business development strategies; marketing; sales forecasting; finance and delivering operational efficiencies within the team.

As a founding member of the Real Properties business, Adriana played a crucial role in the launch of Real Properties. She set up the office, established the company’s processes and procedures and implemented new systems to ensure the efficient running of the team. She is the backbone of the business.

Being super organised and running the day to day operations is Adriana’s core strength. She constantly promotes performance and operational excellence through her impeccable office management skills and ability to react decisively and effectively in any given situation.

With her love of people and property, Adriana’s positive attitude and upbeat personality adds humour to our operations. An enthusiastic and committed member of the Real Properties team, Adriana brings experience from the world of corporate real estate, having worked across multiple divisions for leading international real estate organisations.

Shirley is an integral member of the Real Properties team focusing on managing the trust accounting and finance for sales, leasing and managements for the business. With advanced skills in accounting software and CRM systems, Shirley has accountability for trust accounting, audits, reporting, reconciliation, property management and account sales across all of our business lines including industrial and commercial, residential projects, development sites and property management.

With over 25+ years of experience working in property management and trust accounting, Shirley is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and offers solutions to improve processes, business performance and operational efficiencies for our owners and tenants. She has a great sense of humour, is outgoing and brings a rigorous work ethic to the team.
