1.2 What is personal information?
In general terms, it is any information that can be used to personally identify you. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and profession or occupation. When you visit our website, some of the information that is collected about your visit is not personal information, as it does not reveal your identity.

An IP (internet protocol) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider when you log on. Real Properties will preserve the contents of any e-mail message that you send if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. E-mails sent to or from Real Properties are routinely monitored for quality control, systems administration and legal compliance purposes.

We will generally provide you with access to your personal information, subject to some exceptions permitted by law.
